Daniel’s 22-year musical journey began at 16, when a long-awaited opportunity finally arrived: learning guitar from a mentor he had admired since childhood. Entirely self-taught beyond that foundation, Daniel’s playing draws deep inspiration from rock legends like Slash and Kirk Hammett, as well as virtuosos such as Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Jimi Hendrix, and Carlos Santana. His approach balances expressive solos with melodic support, always prioritizing musical cohesion over personal spotlight. Passionate about fusing local and international genres, Daniel continues to evolve his sound while anchoring the band with powerful, emotive guitarwork.

Rooted in Belize’s vibrant music scene, Lenox Awardo brings over 15 years of passion and performance to the stage. Growing up harmonizing in a family quartet, he developed his skills through self-teaching, mentorships, and formal study, including an Associate’s degree in Music with a focus on piano. A versatile artist, Lenox has performed with groups like Serenity5, Dedicated Praise Team, and Kenny Gladden and the New Creation Band, blending gospel, soca, reggae, and rock into his style. For Lenox, music is a lifeline and a tool for community impact, inspiring his work as founder of the Harmony Coast Music Institute. A Brukdown artist and winner of the 2025 Earth Day Song Competition, he continues to uplift Belizean culture through every beat he plays.

A lifelong musician, Drew Gill began playing for fun at age six before seriously pursuing music by 14. A self-taught multi-instrumentalist, he masters piano, drums, guitar, bass, clarinet, and steel pan, embracing genres from gospel and pop to rock, reggae, soca, and jazz. Beyond performance, Drew sings baritone in national choirs and has traveled internationally, sharing his musical passion. Quiet yet driven, he is especially proud of mentoring young musicians and inspiring the next generation of Belizean talent. His dedication to growth and excellence consistently elevates those around him, both on and off the stage.

Cindy Burgos is a Belizean violinist and vocalist with over 15 years of experience, celebrated for her expressive playing and global performance reach. A graduate of the Pallotti School of Music, she earned her Violin Performance Diploma from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music in 2018. Cindy has toured with the Orchestra of the Americas, performing across the Americas and Eastern Europe. In Belize, she mentors young musicians through Pallotti and is a passionate advocate for music education. On stage with Daniel and the Goliaths, she brings classical depth, vocal richness, and vibrant energy to the band’s genre-blending sound.

Leon Banks is a dynamic Belizean vocalist and guitarist whose commanding stage presence and wide vocal range make every performance unforgettable. Trained in classical guitar from age 12, he later expanded into Cuban jazz, pop, and a cappella under mentors like Carlos Perrote and Sandra Bradshaw. Leon has performed with groups such as The Players Band, Unleashed, and New Creation Band, and collaborated with artists like Terryl Godoy and Delmar Lanza. From the Belize International Jazz Festival to the Costa Maya stage, his genre-blending style fuses rock, reggae, funk, and jazz—now brought to life as the frontman of Daniel and the Goliaths.
